(Approved Institutions) (Amendment No. 2)
Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2017 and comes into operation on 1 April 2017.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2016 (G.N. No. S 2/2016) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 122, the following item:
“123.  Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home (Silat)”.
