People’s Association Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(3)(b) of the People’s Association Act, the President hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the People’s Association Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 1996 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 19th August 1996.

2. The First Schedule to the People’s Association Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 27; and

(b)

by deleting item 84A and substituting the following items:

“84A. The Photographic Society of Singapore.

84B. The Singapore Softball Association.”.
