(Amendment No. 2) Order 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2012.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the name “Mr Choi Shing Kwok” in the third column of item 2 and substituting the name “Mr Pang Kin Keong”;
(b)	by deleting the name “LG (NS) Desmond Kuek Bak Chye” in the third column of item 4 and substituting the name “Mr Choi Shing Kwok”; and
(c)	by deleting the name “Mr Pang Kin Keong” in the third column of item 5 and substituting the name “Dr Beh Swan Gin”.
