Road Traffic Act

Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 132, 134 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2005.
Amendment of rule 3
2.  Rule 3 of the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) Rules (R 28) is amended by deleting the words “or G” and substituting the words “, G, H, I, J or K”.
Amendment of Second Schedule
3.  The Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) Rules (R 28) is amended —
(a)by deleting Forms C, D and E and substituting the following Forms:
