Fisheries (Fishing Gear) (Amendment) Rules 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(2)(u) of the Fisheries Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Fisheries (Fishing Gear) (Amendment) Rules 2000 and shall come into operation on 3rd March 2000.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Fisheries (Fishing Gear) Rules (R 6) is amended by deleting “$8” in item (3) and substituting “$8.50”.
