Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 13th July 2005.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item (2) in the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 14) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:
