Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Oaths and Fees) Act
(Chapter 82)
Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Oaths and Fees) Act, the Minister for Foreign Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 15th August 2006.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item 7 in the Schedule to the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting paragraphs (1) and (2) and substituting the following paragraphs:
“
(1) For a Republic of Singapore Passport issued on or after 15th August 2006
 
$80
(2) Replacement fee for lost or damaged Republic of Singapore Passport under regulation 9(5) of the Passports Regulations (Cap. 220, Rg 1) —
 
 
(a) first replacement
 
$50
(b) second or subsequent replacement
 
$100
”.
