Restriction of Speed (Roads)
(Amendment) Notification 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Restriction of Speed (Roads) (Amendment) Notification 2000 and shall come into operation on 15th June 2000.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

2. The Fourth Schedule to the Restriction of Speed (Roads) Notification (N 6) is amended by deleting the items relating to “Seletar Expressway” and “Tampines Expressway”.

Amendment of Fifth Schedule

3. The Fifth Schedule to the Restriction of Speed (Roads) Notification is amended by inserting, immediately after the item relating to “Kranji Expressway”, the following items:

“Seletar Expressway — that part of Seletar Expressway —

“(a)	between lamp post No. 103 and lamp post No. 667, in the direction towards Bukit Timah Expressway; and
(b)	between lamp post No. 644 and lamp post No. 74, in the direction towards Central Expressway.

Tampines Expressway — that part of Tampines Expressway —

(a)	between lamp post No. 81 F3 and lamp post No. 776, in the direction towards Seletar Expressway; and
(b)	between lamp post No. 757 and lamp post No. 74, in the direction towards Pan Island Expressway. ”.
