Newspaper and Printing Presses
(Exemption from Part III of Act)
(Amendment No. 2) Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 13th September 2011.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 403/2011) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “The Daily NNA — Australia Version” in the first column of item 51 and substituting the words “The Daily NNA — Australia & Oceania Edition”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “The Daily NNA — Singapore Version” in the first column of item 58 and substituting the words “The Daily NNA — Singapore & ASEAN Edition”.
