Lodgment Authorisation) (Amendment)
Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(6) of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Child Care Centre — Change in Use Lodgment Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2016 and comes into operation on 17 October 2016.

Amendment of paragraph 4

2. Paragraph 4(1) of the Planning (Child Care Centre — Change in Use Lodgment Authorisation) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 137/2005) is amended by deleting “$107” in sub‑paragraph (e) and substituting “$160.50”.
