Public Order Act 2009
(Act 15 of 2009)
Public Order (Amendment) Regulations 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Public Order Act 2009, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Public Order (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item 2 in the Schedule to the Public Order Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 487/2009) is amended —
(a)by deleting “$20” in paragraph (a) in the second column and substituting “$22”; and
(b)by deleting “$40” in paragraph (b) in the second column and substituting “$44”.
