Maintenance of Parents
(Amendment No. 2) Rules 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Maintenance of Parents Act, the Minister for Social and Family Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Maintenance of Parents (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 October 2014.

Deletion of rules 13 and 14

2. Rules 13 and 14 of the Maintenance of Parents Rules (R 1) are deleted.
