Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act
(Amendment of Second Schedule)
Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 30 January 2018.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 44, the following items:

“

44A.	Section 8A

Supplying, etc., personal information obtained in contravention of certain provisions

44B.	Section 8B

Obtaining, etc., items for use in certain offences

”.
