Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Finance

It is notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 22 August 2015, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 300/2011) by inserting, immediately below the words “Asian Development Bank.” under the sub‑heading “International Financial Institutions:”, the words “Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.”.

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2015.
