(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 136 of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Building Maintenance and Strata Management (Strata Titles Boards) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 2 January 2021.

Miscellaneous amendments

2. The Building Maintenance and Strata Management (Strata Titles Boards) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 195/2005) are amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “the High Court” wherever they appear in the following provision and substituting in each case the words “the General Division of the High Court”:

Regulation 27; and

(b)

by deleting the words “High Court” in the following provision and substituting the words “General Division of High Court”:

Regulation 27 (regulation heading).
