(Conservancy and Service Charges)
(Amendment No. 2) By-laws 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Tampines makes the following By-laws:

Citation and commencement

1. These By-laws are the Town Council of Tampines (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment No. 2) By-laws 2018 and come into operation on 29 November 2018.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Town Council of Tampines (Conservancy and Service Charges) By‑laws 2012 (G.N. No. S 389/2012) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 8, the following item:

“8A.	5-room (3-generation) flat

$90

$81”.
