Registration of Criminals Act
(Chapter 268)
Registration of Criminals Act (Amendment of First and Third Schedules) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Registration of Criminals Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Registration of Criminals Act (Amendment of First and Third Schedules) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 21st November 2010.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  Part II of the First Schedule to the Registration of Criminals Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the item relating to “Hire-Purchase Act”, the following item:
“
Hostage-Taking Act 2010
Section 3
Act 19 of 2010.
”.
Amendment of Third Schedule
3.  Part II of the Third Schedule to the Registration of Criminals Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the item relating to “Misuse of Drugs Act”, the following item:
“
Hostage-Taking Act 2010
(Act 19 of 2010)
Hostage-taking — Section 3.
”.
