(Revocation) Declaration 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21, read with section 21A, of the Public Order Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Declaration:

Citation and commencement

1. This Declaration is the Public Order (Summit between the United States of America and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) (Revocation) Declaration 2018 and is deemed to have come into operation on 13 June 2018.

Revocation

2. The Public Order (Summit between the United States of America and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Declaration 2018 (G.N. No. S 369/2018) is revoked.
