Presidential Elections (Forms and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 81 of the Presidential Elections Act, the Prime Minister hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Presidential Elections (Forms and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into operation on 16th July 1999.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Presidential Elections (Forms and Fees) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting Forms P1, P3, P4, P5, P7, P14, P15 and P16 and substituting the following Forms, respectively:
