Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act
(Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 3) Order 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(a) of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 3) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 27 October 2017.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Paragraph 1A of the First Schedule to the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act is amended by deleting the full‑stop at the end of sub‑paragraph (zg) and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub‑paragraphs:

“(zh)	Megat Shahdan bin Abdul Samad (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 29 August 1978);
(zi)	Maimunah Binti Abdul Kadir (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 17 March 1968).”.
