Presidential Elections Act
(Chapter 240A)
Presidential Elections (Forms and Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 81 of the Presidential Elections Act, the Prime Minister hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Presidential Elections (Forms and Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 29th July 2005.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Presidential Elections (Forms and Fees) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —
(a)by deleting Form P2 and substituting the following Form:
“FORM P2
Section 7
UNKNOWN
UNKNOWN”.
(b)by deleting Form P6 and substituting the following Form:
“FORM P6
Section 16(5)
UNKNOWN
UNKNOWN”.
(c)by deleting Form P12 and substituting the following Form:
“FORM P12
Section 34(1)
UNKNOWN”.
