Employment (Approved Hospitals)
(Amendment) Notification 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “approved hospital” in section 2 of the Employment Act, the Minister for Labour hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Employment (Approved Hospitals) (Amendment) Notification 1998 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 1998.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Employment (Approved Hospitals) Notification (N 3) is amended by deleting items 3 and 4 and substituting the following items:

“3.	Kandang Kerbau Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

4.	National Dental Centre.”.
