Property Tax (Rate for Owner-occupied Residential Premises) (Amendment) Order 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(8) of the Property Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Property Tax (Rate for Owner-Occupied Residential Premises) (Amendment) Order 2010.

Amendment of paragraph 7

2. Paragraph 7 of the Property Tax (Rate for Owner-Occupied Residential Premises) Order (O 10) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after the words “later date” in sub-paragraph (a), the words “, to 31st December 2010”; and
(b)	by inserting, immediately after the words “later date,” in sub-paragraph (b), the words “to 31st December 2010”. [G.N. No. S 484/2002]
