(Amendment of Second Schedule)
Order 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 1 January 2020.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the words “Section 407” in the first column of item 118, the words “(as in force before 1 January 2020)”;
(b)by inserting, immediately after the words “Section 408” in the first column of item 119, the words “(as in force before 1 January 2020)”;
(c)by inserting, immediately after the words “Section 409” in the first column of item 120, the words “(as in force before 1 January 2020)”;
(d)by inserting, immediately after the words “Section 453” in the first column of item 146, the words “(as in force before 1 January 2020)”;
(e)by inserting, immediately after the words “Section 489A” in the first column of item 165, the words “(as in force before 1 January 2020)”;
(f)by inserting, immediately after the words “Section 204A” in the first column of item 339, the words “(as in force before 1 January 2020)”; and
(g)by inserting, immediately after the Note to Part XVIII, the following Part:
