National Registration
(Amendment) Regulations 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the National Registration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Registration (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 1 April 2015.

Amendment of regulation 18

2. Regulation 18 of the National Registration Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting the words “entered in the books required to be kept by the pawnbroker under the Pawnbrokers Act (Cap. 222)” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “recorded by the pawnbroker as required under the Pawnbrokers Act 2015 (Act 2 of 2015)”.
