Children Development Co-Savings Act
(Chapter 38A)
Children Development Co-Savings (Amendment) Regulations 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 7 of the Children Development Co-Savings Act, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Children Development Co-Savings (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 11th October 2010.
Amendment of regulation 11
2.  Regulation 11 of the Children Development Co-Savings Regulations (Rg 2) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the words “Education Act (Cap. 87)” in paragraph (1)(a)(ii), the words “or section 36 of the Private Education Act 2009 (Act 21 of 2009)”;
(b)by inserting, immediately after the words “Education Act (Cap. 87)” in paragraph (9)(c)(iii), the words “or the Private Education Act 2009 (Act 21 of 2009)”; and
(c)by inserting, immediately after the words “early intervention centre” in paragraph (9)(c)(iv), the words “, a kindergarten or a special education school”.
