Road Traffic (Carriage of Persons in Goods Vehicles) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Rules 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(5) of the Road Traffic Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Carriage of Persons in Goods Vehicles) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Rules 2004 and shall come into operation on 7th December 2004.

Deletion of rule 3

2. Rule 3 of the Road Traffic (Carriage of Persons in Goods Vehicles) (Consolidation) Rules (R 1) is deleted.
