Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore
(Port) (Amendment) Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 July 2020.
Amendment of regulation 49
2.  Regulation 49 of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port) Regulations (Rg 7) is amended by deleting paragraphs (1) and (2) and substituting the following paragraphs:
(1)  A person must not cause or permit a vessel exceeding 50 metres in height to enter or remain in the Cruise Bay.
(2)  A person must not cause or permit a vessel in the Cruise Bay to be modified to attain a height exceeding 50 metres.”.
