Telecommunications (Class Licences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Telecommunications Act, the Info‑communications Media Development Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Communications and Information, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Telecommunications (Class Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and are deemed to have come into operation on 1 October 2016.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Telecommunications (Class Licences) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended by deleting the definition of “Authority”.
