Securities and Futures (Prescribed Futures
Contracts) (Amendment) Regulations 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Prescribed Futures Contracts) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 30 November 2017.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Prescribed Futures Contracts) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 368/2005) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 18; and

(b)

by deleting item 20 and substituting the following item:

“20.	Cboe Futures Exchange, LLC”.
