Statutory Corporations (Contributions to Consolidated Fund) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Statutory Corporations (Contributions to Consolidated Fund) Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Statutory Corporations (Contributions to Consolidated Fund) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2009.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Statutory Corporations (Contributions to Consolidated Fund) Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 9, the following item:
“
9A. Council for Private Education
 
Private Education Act 2009
(Act 21 of 2009)
”.
Made this 1st day of December 2009.
