(Chapter 289)
Securities and Futures (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 336 (2) and 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2005.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Securities and Futures (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(b)any offence under section 6(4), 49 (7), 81U (2), 82 (3) or 83 (3) of the Act; or”.
