Town Councils (Exclusion of Property from Town Councils) (Amendment) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2)(c) of the Town Councils Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Town Councils (Exclusion of Property from Town Councils) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2001.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Town Council (Exclusion of Property from Town Councils) Order (O 3) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (k); and

(b)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (l) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:

“(m)	park connector networks which traverse any part of the land belonging to the Board.”.
