Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes
(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 5)
Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 5) Order 2018 and, except for paragraph 2(c), comes into operation on 30 June 2018.

(2) Paragraph 2(c) comes into operation on 18 July 2018.

Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule

2. Part 1 of the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item (21) in the second column of item 1;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item (56) in the second column of item 1, the following item:

“(57) Orange Valley Care Centre (Balestier)”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 44, the following item:

“

45.	Sengkang General Hospital MediFund Committee

”.
