(Prescribed Futures Contracts)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) (paragraphs (a)(ii) and (b)(ii) of the definition of “futures contract”) and 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Prescribed Futures Contracts) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2014.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Prescribed Futures Contracts) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 368/2005) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 16, the following item:

“17. Tokyo Commodity Exchange, Inc.”.
