Statutory Corporations
(Contributions to Consolidated Fund) Act
(Amendment of Schedule) (No.2) Order 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Statutory Corporations (Contributions to Consolidated Fund) Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Statutory Corporations (Contributions to Consolidated Fund) Act (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2001 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st June 2001.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Statutory Corporations (Contributions to Consolidated Fund) Act is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following items:
“
3A. Energy Market Authority of Singapore
 
Energy Market Authority of Singapore Act 2001
(Act 9 of 2001)
3B. Health Sciences Authority
 
Health Sciences Authority Act 2001
(Act 4 of 2001)
”; and
(b)by inserting, immediately after item 12, the following item:
“
12A. Singapore Land Authority
 
Singapore Land Authority Act 2001
(Act 17 of 2001)
”.
