(Amendment) Rules 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Collection of Reciprocal Road Charge at Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints) (Amendment) Rules 2019 and come into operation on 7 October 2019.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2(1) of the Road Traffic (Collection of Reciprocal Road Charge at Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints) Rules 2017 (G.N. No. S 48/2017) is amended by deleting the words “rule 19(3) or 22C(2)” in the definition of “vehicle entry card” and substituting the words “rule 18A(3) or 19(3)”.
