Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(7) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1999 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 22nd September 1999.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations (Rg 3, 1999 Ed.) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the name “Mr Lee Ek Tieng” in item (1) and substituting the name “Mr Lim Siong Guan”; and
(b)	by deleting the name “Mr Lim Siong Guan” in item (3) and substituting the name “Mr Lee Ek Tieng”.
