Boundaries and Survey Maps (Map Production Service) Rules 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Boundaries and Survey Maps Act, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Boundaries and Survey Maps (Map Production Service) Rules 2001 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st June 2001.

Fees

2. The rate of fees, excluding goods and services tax, payable to the Singapore Land Authority for the production of maps for the agencies set out in the first column of the Schedule shall be the amount determined in accordance with the formula set out in the second and third columns thereof.
