(Chapter 329A)
Town Council of Tampines (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment No. 2) By-laws 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Tampines hereby makes the following By-laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Tampines (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment No. 2) By-laws 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2002.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Town Council of Tampines (Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws (By 73) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 6, the following item:
