(Electronic Road Pricing System)
(Amendment No. 5) Rules 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 5) Rules 2013 and shall come into operation on 30th December 2013.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2011 (G.N. No. S 97/2011) is amended —
(a)by deleting Division 1 of Part 6 and substituting the following Division:

1.Anson Road
Between the junction of Anson Road and Keppel Road and the junction of Anson Road and Bernam Street on Anson Road.
2.Central Boulevard
Between the junction of Central Boulevard and Marina Gardens Drive and the junction of Central Boulevard and Sheares Avenue on the northbound carriageway.
3.Eu Tong Sen Street
Between the junction of Eu Tong Sen Street and Cantonment Road and the point where Eu Tong Sen Street meets Pearl’s Hill Terrace on Eu Tong Sen Street on the northbound carriageway.
4.Havelock Road
Between the junction of Havelock Road and Clemenceau Avenue and the junction of Havelock Road and Magazine Road on Havelock Road.
5.Havelock Road
On the slip road from the Central Expressway into Havelock Road.
6.Lim Teck Kim Road
Between the junction of Lim Teck Kim Road and Cantonment Road and the junction of Lim Teck Kim Road and Tanjong Pagar Road on Lim Teck Kim Road.
7.Maxwell Road
On Maxwell Road, after the junction with Marina View, and before the junction with Central Boulevard.
8.Merchant Road
Between the junction of Merchant Road and Clemenceau Avenue and the point where the Central Expressway slip road exiting to Merchant Road meets Merchant Road on Merchant Road on the southbound carriageway.
9.Merchant Road
On the slip road from the Central Expressway into Merchant Road.
10.Prince Edward Road
Between the junction of Prince Edward Road and Prince Edward Link and the junction of Prince Edward Road and Shenton Way on Prince Edward Road.
11.Sheares Avenue
Between the point where East Coast Parkway meets Sheares Avenue and the junction of Sheares Avenue and Sheares Link on the westbound carriageway.
12.Tanjong Pagar Road
Between the junction of Tanjong Pagar Road and Keppel Road and the junction of Tanjong Pagar Road and Bernam Street on Tanjong Pagar Road on the northbound carriageway.
