Restriction of Speed (Roads) (Amendment) Notification 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Restriction of Speed (Roads) (Amendment) Notification 1998 and shall come into operation on 17th January 1998.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. The Third Schedule to the Restriction of Speed (Roads) Notification (N 6) is amended by inserting, immediately below the item relating to Pioneer Road, the words “Second Crossing Bridge at Tuas.”.
