Massage Establishments (Amendment) Rules 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Massage Establishments Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Massage Establishments (Amendment) Rules 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2010.

Amendment of rule 4

2. Rule 4 of the Massage Establishments Rules (R 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$480” in paragraph (1) and substituting “$525”; and
(b)	by deleting “$10” in paragraph (2) and substituting “$11”.

Amendment of rule 10

3. Rule 10(2) of the Massage Establishments Rules is amended by deleting “$20” and substituting “$22”.
