People’s Association Act
(Amendment of Schedule)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(5)(b) of the People’s Association Act, the Board of Management of the People’s Association makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the People’s Association Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 5 October 2015.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the People’s Association Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 30; and

(b)

by deleting item 35 and substituting the following item:

“35.	Singapore Bowling Federation”.
