(Shared Paths) (Amendment No. 2)
Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 28 June 2019.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 260/2018) is amended —

(a)

by deleting items 1 and 2 of Part 1;

(b)

by deleting “0.71” in item 1 of Part 2 and substituting “0.06”;

(c)

by deleting “0.67” in item 2 of Part 2 and substituting “0.06”;

(d)

by deleting “0.60” in item 4 of Part 2 and substituting “0.07”;

(e)

by deleting “0.16” in item 5 of Part 2 and substituting “0.15”;

(f)

by deleting “0.72” in item 6 of Part 2 and substituting “0.71”;

(g)

by deleting item 8 of Part 2;

(h)

by deleting “0.22” in item 13 of Part 2 and substituting “0.25”;

(i)

by deleting “0.08” in item 14 of Part 2 and substituting “0.11”;

(j)

by deleting “0.08” in item 18 of Part 2 and substituting “0.07”;

(k)

by deleting “0.10” in item 19 of Part 2 and substituting “0.11”;

(l)

by deleting “0.60” in item 22 of Part 2 and substituting “0.57”;

(m)

by deleting “0.55” in item 24 of Part 2 and substituting “0.57”;

(n)

by deleting “0.11” in item 29 of Part 2 and substituting “0.10”;

(o)

by deleting “0.44” in item 32 of Part 2 and substituting “0.50”;

(p)

by deleting the words “(excluding the path behind bus stop number 84311 near Block 521 and behind bus stop number 84321 near Block 516)” in item 36 of Part 2;

(q)

by deleting the words “(excluding the path behind bus stop number 84221 near Block 109)” in item 38 of Part 2;

(r)

by deleting “0.43” in item 43 of Part 2 and substituting “0.35”;

(s)

by deleting “0.40” in item 48 of Part 2 and substituting “0.42”;

(t)

by deleting item 54 of Part 2 and substituting the following item:

“54.	A path (approximately 0.21 kilometre in length) starting at lamp post 4‑1 on Siglap Link, running along Siglap Link and East Coast Parkway and ending at lamp post 247 on East Coast Parkway.”;

(u)

by inserting, immediately after item 19 of Part 6, the following item:

“20.	A path (approximately 0.12 kilometre in length) starting at the junction of North Bridge Road and Coleman Street, running along North Bridge Road and ending at lamp post 75 on North Bridge Road.”;

(v)

by deleting the words “at Edgedale Plains (excluding the path behind bus stop number 65271 near Block 622A)” in item 5 of Part 14 and substituting the words “before Amore Condominium”;

(w)

by deleting the words “(excluding the path behind bus stop number 65141 near Block 267A)” in item 12 of Part 14;

(x)

by deleting the words “(excluding the path behind bus stop number 65349 near Block 272C)” in item 14 of Part 14;

(y)

by deleting the words “(excluding the path behind bus stop number 65151 near Block 196A)” in item 16 of Part 14;

(z)

by deleting the words “(excluding the path behind bus stop number 67541 near Sengkang Hockey Stadium)” in item 4 of Part 18;

(za)

by inserting, immediately after item 26 of Part 20, the following items:

“27.	A path (approximately 0.27 kilometre in length) starting at Tampines Central 7, running along Tampines Concourse and ending at Tampines Avenue 9.

28.	A path (approximately 0.11 kilometre in length) starting at Tampines Concourse, running along Tampines Avenue 9 and ending at Tampines Avenue 6.

29.	A path (approximately 0.29 kilometre in length) starting at Tampines Avenue 9, running along Tampines Avenue 6 and ending at Tampines Central 7 (excluding the path behind bus stop number 75269 opposite Blocks 710/713).

30.	A path (approximately 0.21 kilometre in length) starting at Tampines Avenue 6, running along Tampines Central 7 and ending at Tampines Concourse.

31.	A path (approximately 0.24 kilometre in length) starting at Tampines Concourse, running along Tampines Central 7 and ending at Tampines Avenue 7.

32.	A path (approximately 0.43 kilometre in length) starting at Tampines Central 7, running along Tampines Concourse and ending at Tampines Central 1.

33.	A path (approximately 0.25 kilometre in length) starting at opposite Block 858B, running along Tampines Street 82 and ending at Tampines Avenue 4.

34.	A path (approximately 0.22 kilometre in length) starting at Tampines Street 82, running along Tampines Avenue 4 and ending at Tampines Avenue 5.

35.	A path (approximately 0.25 kilometre in length) starting at Tampines Avenue 4, running along Tampines Avenue 5 and ending at Tampines Central 2.”;

(zb)

by deleting item 7 of Part 22 and substituting the following item:

“7.	A path (approximately 0.17 kilometre in length) starting at Yishun Park Connector near Yishun MRT station, running along Block 749 Yishun Street 72 and ending at Block 747 Yishun Street 72.”;

(zc)

by inserting, immediately after the words “Yishun Ring Road” in item 13 of Part 22, the words “(excluding the path of approximately 7.64 metres in length between bus stop number 59441 and the pedestrian gate of Naval Base Primary School)”; and

(zd)

by deleting item 34 of Part 22 and substituting the following item:

“34.	A path (approximately 0.33 kilometre in length) starting at Yishun Street 43, running along Yishun Avenue 1 and ending at Yishun Avenue 8.”.

Amendment of Third Schedule

3. The Third Schedule to the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) Order 2018 is amended —

(a)

by deleting “7.80” in item 30 and substituting “8.70”;

(b)

by deleting item 85 and substituting the following item:

“85.	Whampoa Park Connector (approximately 5.09 kilometres in length) starting at Jalan Rajah, running along both banks of Sungei Whampoa, with the northern bank ending at Kim Keat Road, and the southern bank running across Toa Payoh Town Park and ending at Bendemeer Road.”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 94, the following items:

“95.	Potong Pasir Park Connector (approximately 0.70 kilometre in length) starting at Pan Island Expressway, running along Upper Serangoon Road and Potong Pasir Avenue 1, and ending at St Andrew’s Junior College.

96.	Riverside Park Connector (approximately 0.50 kilometre in length) starting at Woodlands Avenue 9, running along Riverside Road and ending before the intersection with Marsiling Road.”.
