Casino Control (Prevention of Money
Laundering and Terrorism Financing)
(Amendment) Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 200 of the Casino Control Act, the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Home Affairs, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Casino Control (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 3 June 2019.
Deletion of regulation 4
2.  Regulation 4 of the Casino Control (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 507/2009) is deleted.
Amendment of regulation 5
3.  Regulation 5 of the Casino Control (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) Regulations 2009 is amended by deleting paragraph (2).
