(Amendment) Rules 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140(1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Collection of Toll at Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints) (Amendment) Rules 2020 and come into operation on 2 March 2020.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Road Traffic (Collection of Toll at Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints) Rules (R 12) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$0.80” in item (1) of Part I and substituting “$0.60”;
(b)	by deleting “$1.00” in item (2) of Part I and substituting “$0.80”;
(c)	by deleting “$0.50” in item (4) of Part I and substituting “$0.40”;
(d)	by deleting “$3.00” in item (1) of Part III and substituting “$2.50”;
(e)	by deleting “$1.50” in item (1) of Part III and substituting “$1.20”;
(f)	by deleting “$2.50” in item (2) of Part III and substituting “$2.10”;
(g)	by deleting “$1.30” in item (2) of Part III and substituting “$1.10”;
(h)	by deleting “$1.90” in item (5) of Part III and substituting “$1.60”;
(i)	by deleting “$1.00” in item (5) of Part III and substituting “$0.80”;
(j)	by deleting “$3.00” in item (1) of Part IV and substituting “$2.50”;
(k)	by deleting “$1.50” in item (1) of Part IV and substituting “$1.20”;
(l)	by deleting “$2.50” in item (2) of Part IV and substituting “$2.10”;
(m)	by deleting “$1.30” in item (2) of Part IV and substituting “$1.10”;
(n)	by deleting “$1.90” in item (5) of Part IV and substituting “$1.60”; and
(o)	by deleting “$1.00” in item (5) of Part IV and substituting “$0.80”.
