Immigration (Amendment) Regulations 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55(1) of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into operation on 24th April 2002.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Immigration Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting Form 27 and substituting the following Form:
