Road Traffic
(Restriction of Speed on Roads)
(Amendment No. 2) Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 5 November 2018.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. The Third Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification (N 6) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately below the item relating to “Guillemard Road”, the following item:

“Halus Link.”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately below the item relating to “Pasir Panjang Road”, the following item:

“Pasir Ris Bridge.”;

(c)

by inserting, immediately below the item relating to “Pasir Ris Drive 12”, the following item:

“Pasir Ris Industrial Drive 1 — that part of Pasir Ris Industrial Drive 1 between Pasir Ris Bridge and Lorong Halus.”; and

(d)

by deleting the item relating to “Punggol Central” and substituting the following item:

“Punggol Central — that part of Punggol Central between Punggol Way and Pasir Ris Bridge.”.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

3. The Fourth Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification is amended by inserting, immediately below the item relating to “Tampines Avenue 10”, the following item:

“Tampines Flyover.”.
