Securities and Futures (Prescribed Futures
Contracts) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Prescribed Futures Contracts) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 23 February 2018.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Prescribed Futures Contracts) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 368/2005) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 24, the following item:

“25. Asia Pacific Exchange Pte. Ltd.”.
